Upon clicking the "Submit Application" button below, I understand that monthly dues, billed to my account, will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with the Santa Barbara Sailing Center. I understand that there is an initiation fee for public memberships. All sales are final and 100% non-refundable. I acknowledge that I am responsible for updating my card information before the expiration date becomes invalid. Credit card charges will be made the 1st day of each month. In the event that I wish to cancel my membership, I understand that I must notify the Sailing Center in writing 30 business days prior to a monthly membership billing in order to prevent any unauthorized payments being charged to my credit card. I also understand that kayak and paddle board member benefits are subject to change.
Kayak and Paddle Board Regulations. I agree to the kayak and SUP regulations. I will remain in the designated kayak and paddle boarding areas and I will stay outside of the main channel, only crossing when traffic is clear. I agree to fill out the waiver when using the rental and I will follow the SUP/Kayak boundaries listed on the form. I will follow all boating safety rules and always wear a life vest.
Max Capacity: I acknowledge the max capacity for the kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
