If Booking a Private Sunset Cruise on a Friday or Saturday Night (Mid-April-September):
There is a $600.00 charge for any private event that is scheduled during a Friday Night Music Cruise. This sur charge includes the live Band, which you may or may not utilize.
Inclement Weather Policy:
What happens to our private cruise during inclement weather?
Rain is fairly rare in Santa Barbara, averaging only about 16 inches annually. Gale force winds are also rare, and weather reports are often wrong due to our transverse mountain range. The only time we will issue a refund for your private cruise is when the captain and manager make the call for cancellation one hour prior to your private trip leaving. In the event that there is inclement weather, you will have the option of using our club house if your event is too difficult to re-schedule.
What happens to our catering order if you do indeed cancel our private cruise? If your catering order is through us, it cannot be cancelled, and will be ready to be picked up 30 minutes prior to when your private cruise was scheduled? If your catering order was done through you, you will have to work with their cancellation policy.
If we anticipate weather threatening our cruise ahead of time, can we call a few days prior to re-schedule?
A manager can assess whether this is possible, and if so, what the change of date fee will be.
